There is a huge rear deck, ideal for entertaining, with glimpses of the sea and sand dunes to the west and spectacular hills views to the south east. Only 2 minutes walk to the Silver Sands boat ramp, and a safe swimming beach patrolled by surf life savers, the house contains everything you need. Sleeping 9 people (2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 single and two trundles) in 4 bedrooms, the house also offers the latest in entertainment with a stereo TV, DVD and sound system. The gourmet kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave) & 4 burner BBQ allows you to eat in style, or you can eat out at the famous Victory Hotel or the Star of Greece Café', as both are close by. The fully fenced yard allows your family pets to have a holiday too, with a futon and kennel for them to sleep in style.
