Step inside the glass panelled door on to the polished concrete floor of the vestibule. This is the ideal place to throw off the sandy shoes and leave all the toys after your day at the beach. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with a set of bunks plus a trundle. There is also an assortment of games and jigsaws in the kid's room for lots of family fun. There is also a bathroom and toilet downstairs and a laundry with tub and washing machine.

Upstairs is where all the fun starts. Up there you will find a huge living area, complete with Stereo TV and DVD, comfy lounges and a handful of bean bags for those who like to recline. The living area opens on to a large deck complete with outdoor setting and swing chair for lazing away some time with a good book (also available from the book case in the living area).
