Upstairs, a sliding door leads to a huge wooden deck, complete with outdoor setting and umbrella for those warm days when shade is necessary. There is also a swing chair for fun and relaxation, offering glimpses of the sea and the hills to the south east. The deck is fully secure and safe for even the smallest of children.

Downstairs you will find, a large fenced area for the lawn for the dog and or the kids to romp. There is lots of shelter under the upper deck and also from large native willow that sweeps the ground with its low branches.

The sheltered verandah on the southern side, houses the four burner BBQ big enough to cook a meal for the largest of appetites. There is even a bucket and rope to transport utensils and other necessary items from the upper deck to the area below.

This area also contains the pet futon, so that your doggie can relax in style. If he or she prefers a more enclosed environment, there is also a kennel.
