By becoming a member of the Bibber Exchange Program I/we understand that if we accept a program participant, I/we must take time to help them to improve his/her skills in Oenology/Viticulture and otherwise agree to the conditions of the Bibber International Exchange Program. We also understand that we will receive an invoice for $110 which is the yearly membership fee. This will entitle us to information about all available participants. We understand that all these fees (except GST) will be used to fund a scholarship to provide opportunities for young winemakers to travel to other countries.
